Melisa Telsaç LL.M.

In 2006, she graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law and after graduation, she completed her master’s degree at Bahçeşehir University in the field of Capital Markets and Commercial Law with a thesis. She also completed Yeditepe University’s IT Law Summer School and Trademark Attorney Programme in 2019.

Melisa Telsaç, who completed her thesis titled ‘Binding Corporate Rules in Cross Border Data Transfer’, has contributed to various companies in the legal compliance / VERBIS (Data Controllers’ Registry Information System) registration process, preparation of policies and awareness training on Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

She has provided legal support to Banks/Financial Institutions for many years. Following the completion of her internship, Melisa Telsaç, who has been working as a lawyer since 2007, has provided legal support to many companies, including technology companies, large automotive companies, restaurant chains, payment and e-money institutions, crypto trading platforms, real estate companies, etc.

Having the opportunity to work effectively in a wide range of fields throughout her professional life, Lawyer Melisa Telsaç established MT LEGAL to provide up-to-date solutions to her clients with effective methods as a result of her extensive experience.
